復一年，與全世界創價家族同心一致，增添廣布與人生的年輪，刻劃「今生人界之懷思」，是多麼幸福的一件事。 託各位的福，外子日益健朗，在今年正月迎來九十二歲生日。原本體弱多病的他，三十二歲就任會長以來，一週年、二週年、三週年，年年抱著「啊，又活了下來」的心情奔走至今。今年是就任六十週年，依然健康地指揮「令法久住」，這不外乎妙法「更賜壽命」的偉大功力，更由於世界各地同志的真心祈求，一家人總是這麼認為，由衷感激。 每天早晨，心裡感謝著派送《聖教新聞》的「無冕之友」，翻開報紙，世界廣布醒目發展的景象躍然紙上，外子也稱讚「真了不起！好高興！」 外子有時會在手邊的《聖教新聞》寫幾句鼓勵的話，送給同志們。 大約十年前，他在報導SGI的發展受到各界信賴的版面上寫給我：「世界第一／廣布與和平／大勝利！師匠戶田先生會多麼高興啊！」 去年當我們來到剛落成的宏偉的世界聖教會館時，他一再提起多麼希望讓戶田先生看看。 佛堂所在的「言論會館」，在須彌壇基底埋存了五大洲的石頭以及世界各地的機關報章雜誌。我與外子祈念再三，希望從這座城堡散發明亮的「廣宣流布」即「世界和平」的言論之光。 去年底得知外子在海外出版的書籍已翻譯成四十八種語言，超過兩千冊。 對於幕後不辭勞苦，致力於翻譯、出版的人員，感激不盡。 一如小說《新人間革命》中所述，在與湯因比博士對談的日子裡，英國的同志們拼命將每天的談話錄音記錄成文字。 非常高興聽到當時擔任這項工作的年輕女性，以這段共戰的歷史為豪，身為歐洲廣布領導而活躍的近況。 這本對話錄發行四十五週年，創價世界市民已繼承了湯因比博士託付外子「結合人類的和平對話」的心願。 我們朗朗唱題的聲音，認真誠懇與他人分享佛法的聲音，會掀起多少幸福與和平的波浪啊。 日蓮大聖人告訴遠在佐渡的嚴酷環境中拼命鼓勵、毅然守護同志的千日女居士：「持有法華經之獅子王，此女人不畏一切地獄、餓鬼、畜生等之百獸。」 本佛約定，不論遭受再大的考驗，受持妙法的女性及其周遭絕對不可能不幸，教導無論如何都要貫徹「堅毅不屈的信心」。 「堅毅不屈的信心」是從題目開始，無論如何都要抱著「勢必突破困境」的誓願，向御本尊全心全意地祈求到底。 誓願的題目會湧現不畏苦難狂瀾、乘風破浪的勇氣，產生變毒為藥，一一往好的方向轉變，生動創造價值的智慧。 而且會渾身充滿力量，鼓勵陷於同樣苦惱的朋友，讓自他達到幸福境界。 化「宿命」為「使命」的「人間革命」勝利名劇相應而生。 現在日本的婦人部將五十歲以下的部員統稱為「青春白百合世代」，聚焦在這群「建構新時代的主角」。 那是婦女面對人生種種變化與考驗的重要時期，向來外子也悉心給予鼓勵。 1962年1月25日是長達四年半的大阪事件贏得無罪判決的日子。 事後回到關西本部的外子，與同甘共苦的同志們一起走向佛間。 看到一位與病魔搏鬥的關西年輕的婦人部正在為勝訴而祈求，外子慰勞她說：「已經沒問題了」，請她帶領大家唱題。 於是眾人為她的痊癒及無限開啟全體同志的正義與幸福的「常勝之門」，強盛祈求。 不久之後她就生氣蓬勃地展現「妙者，蘇生之義」的實證，歷經五十八年的現在，依然身為後輩的典範，神清氣爽地參加學會活動。 不論何時何地，創價家族總是珍視「每個人」，培養「青年人的力量」，和睦明朗地在廣宣流布與立正安國的大道上前進。 今年日本的新年勤行會放映了美國、印度、歐洲會員滿面笑容的影像與歌聲。此外，每天在《聖教新聞》都看得到世界各地會員的笑容。 現在也經常聽到許多友人或有識之士對於世界各地都有學會員的燦爛笑容，表示欽佩。 創價的笑容是希望的光芒，發揮各自原本最尊貴、最明朗的佛生命。 在「前進、人才年」我們更要出聲鼓勵，讓「櫻梅桃李」的人華笑容愈益盛開，照亮地球民族共生的和平未來。 深摯祈念在各自誓願的國土成為廣布太陽的婦人部、女子部健康、平安、幸福。以上是我的賀詞。
