The May Commemorative Contribution activity is an opportunity for us to renew our vow as Bodhisattvas of the Earth to advance our movement for peace by contributing financially to the SGI-USA. This year, it will be held between April 28–June 5, with the theme “Dashing Forward With the ‘Heart of a Lion King.’” Here are some key points to keep in mind about this year’s activity.

• The special contribution insert will be featured in the April 15 World Tribune and offer encouragement, an experience, and updates on how your contributions are making a difference.

• Members will continue to receive contribution-related faith encouragement in their April and May editions of the World Tribune and Living Buddhism. Video experiences will be available in the District Toolbox at sgi-usa.org/district-toolbox/.

• In consideration of the health and well-being of SGI-USA members amid the COVID-19 pandemic, contributions can be made in the following ways:

1) via the Membership Portal at portal.sgi-usa.org/portal/contribution

2) by calling Member Services at (855) SGI-2030 (Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. PT)

3) with the prepaid envelopes that will be included with the April 8, 2022, World Tribune

Thank you for your invaluable contributions to our kosen-rufu movement in America as we take a leap forward in the Year of Youth and Dynamic Progress toward 2030, the Soka Gakkai’s centennial!
