Members of the Kayo-kai, Advance in Friendship and Good Cheer!

Words of Encouragement From Ikeda Sensei

“Three Tripitaka Masters Pray for Rain,” The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin, vol. 1, p. 598

Nothing is more noble than the friendship shared by fellow members dedicated to kosen-rufu. Nothing is more admirable than our network committed to spreading the world’s foremost life philosophy of Nichiren Buddhism.

The bonds uniting our young women’s division members[June 4 is the young women’s division SGI Ikeda Kayo-kai Day[/ref], their “hearts filled with great joy” (see The Lotus Sutra and Its Opening and Closing Sutras, p. 228), are a source of bright hope, opening the gateway to harmony and prosperity for all humankind.

May you, the young women of Soka, together with the Soka family—an unsurpassed realm of ”good friends”—and with your fellow Kayo sisters around the world, continue to advance in friendship and good cheer as you perform a joyful dance of happiness and victory!
