December 2017

At Youth General Meetings across the SGI-USA, more than 14,000 youth gather in preparation for the 50,000 Lions of Justice Festival and to celebrate SGI President Ikeda’s 90th birthday.

February 2018

Two-hundred and one SGI-USA youth participate in a training course in Tokyo and Kansai to learn the spirit to “make the impossible possible” together with their mentor, SGI President Ikeda.

Four-Divisional Unity

All members of the SGI-USA unite by chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo together, and calling and visiting youth to give heartfelt encouragement to those attending the festival.

March 2018

Some 5,500 unit through national youth leaders gather nationwide to unite for the coming six-month effort leading up to the 50K Festival.

September 23, 2018

50,000 youth gather in nine U.S. cities to stand up and create an era of hope and respect for the people of our nation and the world. The festival marks the beginning of a new departure for the SGI-USA, overflowing with the dynamic expansion of youth.
