Ushuaia is a resort town in Argentina and the capital of Tierra del Fuego (Land of Fire), an archipelago off the southernmost tip of South America. Ushuaia is often nicknamed the “End of the World.”

This port on the famed Beagle Channel is the connecting point for ships to Antarctica, the Falkland Islands and the Chilean fjords. Tierra del Fuego National Park is also the end point of the Pan-American Highway, which starts from Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, 11,000 miles away!
