Florida Nature and Culture Center

Since its opening in 1996, the Florida Nature and Culture Center, in Weston, Florida, has become a place for SGI-USA members to refresh their spirit and determination to practice Nichiren Buddhism. FNCC is also known for its incredible meals and refreshments. This week’s spotlight: freshly squeezed orange juice. On the weekends, juice from 14 cases of oranges are extracted from the kitchen’s high-speed automatic juicer, which processes an average of 38 oranges per minute. Register at Bon appétit!
