What’s on the Menu?
The Florida Nature and Culture Center in Weston, Florida, is prized for its stunning campus nestled on 125 acres of restored wetlands in the peaceful Everglades. FNCC is also known for its delicious desserts, served in the Sunshine Dining Hall with every meal—three times a day. Participants can choose from a variety of custards, cakes and flan, as well as gluten-free desserts, made from scratch with fresh whole products.
