SGI-USA Expands Its Board of Directors
SANTA MONICA, Calif.—Two new members were added to the SGI-USA Board of Directors at its semiannual meeting, held Dec. 2–4 at the SGI-USA Headquarters in Santa Monica, California.
The new members are:
Ms. Geisler has over 20 years of senior management experience with the federal government, and is presently serving as Acting Office Director of the Office of Acquisition Management, Public Buildings Service, for the U.S. General Services Administration in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Kim has 10 years of executive management experience in strategic planning and financial project management. She is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations for First Credit Union in Phoenix.
The Board of Directors oversees the corporate functions of the SGI-USA, which include managing the finances and assets of the organization.
The board is now composed of 13 members, who bring a variety of rich professional expertise to their responsibilities. Directors serve a three-year staggered term and are eligible for reappointment.
